Terms of Service
By Commissioning me, you Accept my T.O.S.:
. You must be 18+ years of age to commission me. Do not contact me otherwise.
. Prices are subject to change between Commissions, all prices are "as listed" when you commission me.
. Refunds or cancellations, are only allowed before a draft is finalized.
. Do not sell, steal, trace, or claim credit for my art without prior agreement.
. I reserve the right to modify any and all commissions for advertisement/promotional purposes.
. You may not use my work or any component of my work for Commercial use without prior agreement. This includes but is not limited to Resale, Advertising, etc.
. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
. Payment information will be discussed via email, discord or direct message on Twitter. Payments will be in US Dollars (USD).
. Payment can be made in two ways:
1. Upfront; or
2. 50% of the payment at the beginning of the process and the other 50% upon delivery of the finished artwork.
. The deadline for the delivery of the commission will be from two weeks to a month after the approval of the initial sketch, in case there is nothing unforeseen in my schedule.
. If you need major changes in a commission mid-process the prices may change.
Guidelines
Some themes or styles can be discussed beforehand, where I will evaluate on a case-by-case basis whether I will make the commission or not.I will draw:
. NSFW, slightly NSFW and SFW
. Fictional characters of any gender, identity and ethnic group
. Explicit content (mlw, wlw, mlm, etc)
. Soft BDSM, femdom, light fetishes (contact me with any questions)
. Fanarts
. Client OC
. Third-party OC, as long as the original owner agreesI won't draw:
. Furry and monsters (due to my lack of skills to draw this type of content)
. Underage Characters and CP (and if you request or send something to me, I will report you)
. Offensive and bigoted content: Racism, LGBTQIA+phobic content, or any content that attacks any minority, identity, gender
. Non-con/dub-con
. Extreme fetishes (Ask me about my boundaries)
. Real people
. Mecha ???

. The base price refers to just one character and a simple background (Solid color, geometric compositions, gradient, silhouettes, etc). Besides two characters, each extra character in the composition adds 35% to the price, up to a maximum of 4 characters. If only minor parts of the extra character's body appear (for example: "floating" genitals), the commission will not be charged with the price of two characters, and the 35% fee will not be charged either.. More complex backgrounds will be negotiated separately, where I will analyze the complexity on a case-by-case basis*Character Pages will have a composition of two or three scenes with up to two characters. Adding a third character will add 50% to the final price

Order Process
. Contact me via any of my links and describe what kind of commission you’d like. Describe and send as many references as possible to make your idea clear.
. Your Order will be discussed and confirmed.
. An invoice will be sent to the email you gave me. Or if you prefer, I can generate an invoice link.
. I will make an initial sketch following your suggestions. After the sketch is approved, I will follow up on your commission process.
. During the commission process, I will send WIPs to get feedback and also for you to suggest small changes, if necessary.
. After Finalization, further progress reports may be sent to go over details and ensure the piece is as expected.
. In order for the complete artwork to be delivered, the second half of the payment will be charged.
. Once your commission is finished I will send you the file to the place we were previously talking on or via your preferred method.
. Additionally, your piece may be posted onto my Social Media, in which case I will ask for appropriate attribution, i.e. your Twitter Username so I can link you to the post. If you wish, you can stay anonymous.
